The only way to finish that sentence is with a healthy "the starting lineup for your Chicago Bulls!". Memories. Anyway, this stuff pours a clear brass topped by a finger or so of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mild lemon zest, wet grass, flowers, the vaguest hint of onion, and a touch of biscuit. The taste brings in more of the same, the onion gone here. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a liquid feel. Overall, a pretty nice IPL, though it might not be a go-to for me any time soon.
