Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a clear garnet-mahogany topped by a finger or so of sandy foam. The nose comprises pumpernickel, orange oil, bright flowers, light grass, and a touch of loam. The taste toasts that rye a bit, consolidates the plants into some vague greenery, and cuts things off before they can linger for long on the tongue. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. A tad sharp all around for my liking, but drinkable and enjoyable enough to limit my complaints until the quick, inevitable end of this can.

Canned 1/19/22; drank 3/3/22 @ the Yarchives.
Semi-opaque brown/orange appearance.
An even pour yielded a big tan head; a thick curtain of lace.
Toffee, fresh earth & faint sarsaparilla notes in the nose.
Creamy medium mouthfeel.
Toffee, cream & faint hop bite flavors.
Smells a touch better than it tastes, but overall successful.
