16 oz can into a pint glass. Hazy pale golden color with a foamy white head. Sweet doughy malt and lemon citrus aroma. Taste follows, very well-balanced. Omnipresent lemon citrus forms the backbone but never overwhelms and adds some complementary body and acidity to the malty sweetness. Could have used a tad more hop bitterness to add depth but this is a nice Kolsch.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down and left a short head covering the surface and specks of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of green grapes are present in the nose along with notes of biscuit malts.
T: The taste has flavors of green grapes along with underlying hints of biscuit malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Some notes of dryness are perceptible towards the finish.
O: I really liked how the flavors of green grapes stood out in this Kölsch.

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.

Pours a mostly clear sunshine brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises sweetgrass, powdered sugar, light lemon zest, and buttery biscuit. The taste brings in more of the same, everything holding harmoniously together, united under that characteristic kolsch flavor. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a crisp-ish finish. A rather nice kolsch, 'nuff said.
