Once More is a supremely sessionable Czech-style Lehké (aka “Light”) Lager. Though moderate in alcohol, this little lager has depth, complexity and structure via traditional decoction mashing, natural carbonation and a lengthy lagering period. Na zdraví!

Canned 12-18-23. Tall can poured into a short, stout mug.
L -- Lightly hazy, pale straw color with a firm white head that holds up well.
S -- Doughy malts and light lemon citrus with herbal hop notes back.
T -- Graininess up front bordering on harsh. Vegetal DMS and a bitter hop finish. DMS through the aftertaste.
F -- Mouthfeel is crisp to dry with a light body.
O -- Not as smooth and bready as I expected. Maybe a little too difficult to brew such a light bodied and low ABV lager and hide the sneaky off characters.
