A: The beer is clear dark amber in color and poured with a collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of pumpkins are present in the nose along with notes of Belgian yeast.
T: The taste has lots of flavors of pumpkins along with notes of Belgian yeast.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a good hybrid of the Belgian Saison and Pumpkin Ale styles.

Yeasty, doughy, mildly spiced scent.
Texture is quite yeasty. Toasty grain, faint squash of sorts, clove, banana. Thin, dry & mildly sweet.
Comes off more like an old dunkel.
