i have to confess, as much as i have admired the beers these guys make as being better than most gluten free ones in the game, i wasnt overly stoked to go here, wanting regular beer, but i left blown away at how well these all actually work, and found myself so impressed with the buckwheat wit that i would actually select it over full gluten takes on the style, its awesome beer. the space is a little tricky to get to because even though its easy enough to see from the road, you have to buzz around this maze of a plaza to get to it. once you do, the taproom is generic and small up front, but you can walk through the brewery to get to a mellow little patio in the back. nothing really special about the space, but its rad they let dogs hang out! the selection wasnt huge, the options we see around in cans and a few cool seasonals. we also really liked their pumpkin beer, flavorful and with plenty of body. none of them seemed cheap or inferior or like they were faking it, this is real beer, and its very good beer, especially the buckwheat belgian one, i love it. a fine place to hang out for a few beers after hiking across the road, really hit the spot. good service and maybe the best gluten free beer out there. way ahead of expectations from a liquid standpoint!

For a smaller, newer brewery, this place is doing pretty well. They advertise as being completely gluten-free, but you wouldn't know it if you blindly tasted their beers. They make a big deal about this, so if you are one that needs or wants to be gluten-free, come here. It's a small place, a bit tough to find, but not bad. Two TVs in the main room are tuned to sports, and a patio gives it more capacity, though it could get crowded pretty easily after work. Would be interested to see how they progress.
