Appearance: Arrives looking like a nitro stout with a bubble show building to a creamy cap topping the fudge brown liquid

Smell: Milk chocolate tones abound

Taste: Milk chocolate forward with a hint of vanilla; nicely balanced between the sweet and dry elements through the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with a creamy aspect

Overall: Nothing particularly angular here - just a good rendition of a milk stout

I don't like milk stouts, but this one is different. A hint of lactose sweetness, but I would it call this stout more of a dry Irish stout than a milk stout. Obvious chocolate but not overdone. Is it out of style/classified incorrectly? I don't know, but I'll drink this beer again. Be careful, get the regular CO2 versus the nitro.
