The is a nice refreshing kölsch with honey malt. It is pale golden color that is not completely clear. It is very sweet on the nose with a good malt characteristic. The malt choice comes through in the taste. It is refreshingly light yet the malt is present. The hops are muted but do contribute a bit. The feel is satisfying. It hits a good balance, having presence without being overly thick. The carbonation is good as well! Overall, I like this beer. I had it as part of a flight and ended up taking cans home with me.
