Look: Very dark chocolate brown. One finger of off-white head with poor retention.
Smell: Sweet vanilla, caramel, and roast coffee.
Taste: Sweet malt with oak aged vanilla and roast notes. Mild hop bitterness to balance.
Mouthfeel: Smooth body with good carbonation.
Overall: Bourbon barrel aging does a lot of good for their usual brown ale.
