Charley Hustle does it again! Good red India IPA that seems like a hybrid between an amber ale and an IPA But not as malty As many other amber ales and has has the hoppiness of an IPA. Light aftertaste with a 6.8% APV makes this a "green light go" IPA for me!

A: The beer is clear amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high light beige colored head that died down, leaving a collar of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of caramel malts are present in the nose along with hints of herbal hops.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of caramel malts (that seem a bit watered down) along with hints of herbal hops and a moderate amount of carbonation.
M: It feels medium-bodied but a bit thin on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer seems like a hybrid between an amber ale and an IPA as it isn't as malty compared to other amber ales and has has the happiness of an IPA.

Pours a light red/amber color . Smell is malt bread, caramel and citrus. Taste has some citrus/pine hop mixed with caramel and toffee. A malty mouth feel with enough hops to balance nicely.

Initial impression from a can:

A competent IPA, but not one that stands out amongst the myriad expressions of the oversaturated style.

Definitely on the malty side, but a delicious malt it is! Smooth, relatively light hops ride the sweet, toasty, caramel malt backbone . It will not satisfy the hop head, and is not particularly representative of the style, but I found it delicious nonetheless.
