Picked up a 16 oz single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop 7-24-19 for $2.25. No canning date but suspect it was canned in June. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured light orange with an okay white head with grape skin floaties creating a haze.
Nose has hint of pears and peaches along with some mango.
Taste is really interesting and unique. Definitely a white wine forward flavor with the first sip but evolving nicely to showcase pears and peaches. Mango and a touch of orange meld nicely with the light but fairly large malt base. Finish is dry with a light touch of bitterness; 4/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly refreshing.
Overall a different spin on the ipa style, pretty bold. Glad i gave it a shot as this possesses good flavors and combines well with the beer, at least for my pallette!

Did not enjoy the initial flavor. Grapes belong to wine, not beer.

Just not digging the wine nuance. I'll finish it but won't be buying it again. Very flat.
