Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee Stout: Rested over a year in a blend of Elijah Craig, Whistlepig, and Cutwater Spirit Barrels. Premium Geisha Coffee was added to add complex earthiness to the already insanely delicious brew. Notes of Carmel, Toffee, Booze, Dark Chocolate, and Roasted Espresso.

Picked up a single from the Craft Beer Hop Stop 7-24-19 for $3.49. No canning date but i believe it was canned in late May/early June.
Beer poured black with a nice off white head that is leaving some lacing behind.
Nose has some notes of coffee up front and chocolate in the back.
Taste is a mild roasted malt base with coffee layered on top. Base is sweet with a touch of chocolate accent. Light bourbon makes an appearance but not enough to offset the sweetness.
Mouthfeel is light considering the abv level and kind of smooth.
Overall not a bad beer but nothing special.
