This Classic west coast single IPA is the significant other, or bride so to speak, to our Dankenstein's Monster. We sewed together a bouquet of Citra, Idaho 7, Cascade, Cashmere, Strata, and Amarillo to create a beer that is lighter and more fruit forward than her more monstrous other half, although sure to still ELECTRIFY!

From a can. Clear orange color with foamy off white head. Citrus hop aroma. Medium body with a sticky feel. Malty with citrus and resin. Solid IPA with some good hop presence

Looks good. Kind of a dark golden color with a thick, dense head. A little hazy though. Heavy lacing. Aroma that is dank with a spicy herbal kick. A lot of hop flavor upfront, bitterness is fairly low for a beer claiming to be West Coast, and it is a little too sweet as well. Flavors of herbal dankness but flavor falls away all too quickly. Nice body and good carbonation. Overall an easy to drink IPA that isn't boring or fruit juice.
