16oz can into a Spiegelau glass.
L: This collaboration Hazy DIPA pours a deep dent corn yellow/gold color with a 2" eggshell white head with a firm cap. Excellent retention down to a thick skin. Very good carbonation from base throughout entire pint over time to finish. Very good amount of sticky banding and webbed lacing. Some unobtrusive fine sediment is visible.
S: Pineapple, orange, tangerine, subtle lemon, white grape, a hint of white bread and a nuance of alcohol as the beer warms.
T: Pineapple, juicy orange, light tangerine, papaya, citrus rind, lemon grass, a suggestion of bread dough and light yeast. Citrus zest has a light linger. It is comfortably sweet & tart together.
F: Lightly crisp/zingy semi-juicy/wet med-bodied mouthfeel yielding a fairly clean med-length finish that is palpable and lightly dry.
O: A fairly simple, basic and very easy drinking clean Mosaic HDIPA. Overall it's a tad bit light feeling and tasting adding to it's beauty. The 8%ABV is very well maintained and masked. It is excellent in it's style.
