This is one of the smoothest pale ales I've ever had.

Pours beautifully with just a finger of head and a clear golden body. The can art is awesome. Jesusy dude holding a mallet overhead in a blue background... I dig it.

Lots of fruity notes like bartlett pear, fuji apple, green plum, and maybe a hint of lemon, followed by hints of crackery grain and peppery spice. I actually think a touch of cinnamon would do wonders for this aroma.

On the palate it is so well balanced between the fruity sweetness, the earthy grain, and the spicy hops on the finish. I just think it could use an accent *cough* cinnamon *cough* to make stand out a little more, but it's basically a perfect pale ale.

And its almost upsettingly crushable, considering the price tag of $4 a pint. It took all my willpower to finish this review before the beer.

Time for another! Cheers

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Willi Becher pint glass.
L - Pours a clear amber color with a significant white head that dissipates quickly.
S - Smells grassy.
T - Nice and crisp with some bitterness and a slight maltiness.
F - Medium body and carbonation with a nice dry finish.
O - Very easy drinking pale ale.

Pretty good Pale Ale. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a pint glass, this beer features a clear gold color and a small foamy white head that fades fast. There is little lacing on the glass. Nice color but I like to see more in a Pale Ale. Aroma and taste feature a decent level of bitterness and some floral hops in both the nose and taste. I had never heard of Incognito hops before and an Internet search left me still unenlightened (not a type of hops but a hops product????). In any case, Incognito produces a decent Aroma and flavor. Mouthfeel features a decent level of bitterness and is crisp and rich enough. A good beer!!
