On tap @ the brewery - pours a hazed pale straw color with a massive puffy cap....aromas are soft; fruits, some clove, dusty wheat malts, a touch of sweetness ....mouthfeel is peppery with effervescence, dry sharp character...Flavor is soft with dry wheat malts in front balanced with sharp hopping and fruity undertones....dry clean finish. Quenching, satisfying but a tad soft for a hefeweizen

Weird (but not unpleasant) burnt taste. Good hefe
