On Tap @ Wave Maker - pours a hazed pale gold with a puffy 2 finger bone white cap that lasts and laces the glass...aroma of fresh biscuit dough in balance with spicey-earthy hops, a little Pils sulphur yeast funk....super fresh tasting, sharp dry character, peppery mouth feel ...Flavor is remarkably well balanced in the front with fresh biscuit malts and sharp spicy saaz...clean dry finish...no after taste...one of the best Pilsners in the region a ringer for fresh Urquel
