July 2013: 330 ml swingtop bottle. Organic. My first beer with a label in Romansch (Switzerland’s fourth official language) - cool. Very pale straw coloured, slightly hazy. Huge and lasting white head. Yeasty and sweetish aroma, grassy and herbal notes. Grassy, herbal and yeasty notes in the rather sweet flavour too. Some bitterness in the finish.
