Pale brandy colored liquid is slowly revealed by the accumulation of cream/gas on top. Faint aromas first of "can" then of honey and whole grain bread. Almost inaudible, singular "tst" sounds are paced long seconds apart. Obviously creamy texture carries satisfying roasted, bitter flavor. Nutty rather than fruity, though I detect a trace of canned pear wrapped around the sweet undergirth. Twiggy bitterness forms the bones, brown bread and baked pears form the flesh. All adequately proportioned. For as long as this spent under my desk at room temperature, in a can, and considering the standard for nitro-cans (usually un-balanced and full of seams), this is a resounding success.

Pours a redish brown color with the typical nitro can pancake head that never dissipates. Lacing is thick like most nitro cans. The aroma is of sugar biscuits, fruit and subdued floral spicey hops. The taste is a watery but nice blend of malts and hoppiness. The earthy English hops compete with caramel and/or diacetyl well, though there could be more of them. The finish is mildly bitter and very subtle. The mouthfeel is too watery.

This is an English bitter that has been stripped of a lot of its character in the can. It has greagt hop and malt tastes, they are just too weak.

Picked this up on a whim, plus a good bitter is dear friend to me.

Appearance: Poured a sort of hazy amberish colour... caramel almost comes to mind. Crazy thick head.... for some reason it's not looking as yummy as I'd expect. Oh well.

Smell: Tea comes to mind, there's a nice hoppiness kicking around there, caramel notes again and... uh. Yeah. It's there.

Taste: I take my first sip, and it's been minutes before I realize I'm drinking something. This is very light tasting if not bland, but what I -do- taste I like. Very reminiscent of a cup of tea, with the consistency of heavy cream. A couple other reviews compared the head to whipped cream and I have to agree.

Mouthfeel: I normally adore creamier, heavier bodied beers but this is just not good on the mouthfeel. My mouth is just -coated- from drinking this, and not in a good way.

Drinkability: Well, even though I usually feel the drinkability and mouthfeel go hand in hand, I've finished my glass in a surprisingly short amount of time. Almost too heavy for a session but this goes down SMOOOTH.

All in all: It's nice, I guess. The mouthfeel really kills it for me, I don't think I'm buying it again.

Comes up the colour of strong tea. It has one of those big dense, creamy nitro can heads. Leaves some dirty lace.

You have to quite literally drink your way past the head. Kind of a strange sensation, but not entirely unpleasant. Just like working on a whipped cream laden hot chocolate.

Tastewise this beer offers up a thin tea-like bitterness throughout. It comes across as really quite plain and not particularly memorable. Some hoppiness in the nose, but again, nothing special.

All-in-all this one goes down as a non-experience for me. Didn't have to pour it out, but not real exciting to drink.

Arrives when poured as a chocolate milk with interesting swirls to amuse the consumer. It does in a matter of seconds(30 or so) turn into a brewed product.
After the initial shock on viewing this widget compliant brew, the body turned into a pale dark offering with a very white creamy crown which seems solid..no bubbles.
The taste is slightly hop heavy but not by much. The taste is weak and short lived.
On finishing this product the only thing that remains is the head and it equates to gazing into the leavings of a glass of milk.
