Tall undated bomber bottle, “batch 20”, purchased at the source.
Pours between moderate to fully hazed. Lasting cap and leaves a load of stickage all over the glass. God looking brew.
Mild sniff of crackery malts.
Tasty IPA, on the west coast side of the IPA spectrum. Bready malts, stone fruit notes, drying hops in the finish.....complex, tasty and well worth a try.

Had The Dagda at Cinnabar, Snowbasin, Utah, poured from 22-oz. bomber, priced at $15.50, label hand-numbered “BATCH # 10,” into tumbler.
My first beer from Talisman, this is an excellent IPA, which commemorates the Celtic gods but honors the traditional American IPA.

Great ipa, not too heavy on the hops, good balance.

A very solid but not exceptional single IPA. Smell really stands out but doesn't quite pay off in terms of flavor complexity. Drinks easy and finishes clean. Has malty character more of a straight "Pale Ale" profile as opposed to the more hop forward "IPA" moniker. Beer looks perfect on pour and the bottle logo art and branding are spot-on and classy. Good offering from a growing number of talented Utah brewers.

This has quickly become my fave goto IPA, The flavor is spot on and has a great finish. Very nice golden color and amazing aroma. If you can get this I really recommend giving this try.

So I bought one of each of the beer made by this brewery because it is down the street. Wow had 4 of the 6 so far and this one is by far my favorite. Not overly hopped, like a lot of small breweries can do, but that hops aroma and taste is so earthy and delicious. If you can find this beer give it a try.
