This scotch ale is crafted with Applewood spoked malt and a healthy addition of Vermont maple syrup. The result is a warm malty backbone with a smoky finish.

This is one of those one-hit wonders. Hogback is a solid brewery but not all of their brews are solid. This one is.
A perfect balance of body/color/nose/taste.
