Pours Amber in color with 2 inches of foam that lingers for a while. Smell is definitely reminiscent of a dopplebock but at 10.4% it earns the tripel ranking. Taste is malty caramel toffee with a slight alcohol burn going down. Overall a nice effort from this woman-owned Berlin Brewery!
