Hazy orange color with a finger of head that quickly disappeared. No lacing is left down the glass. Aroma of citrus, bread dough, and grain. Fruity flavor from yeast esters, orange zest, and some bready malt. Does not really taste like a steam beer. Bitterness is low and finishes on the sweet side. Light beer and is nicely carbonated. Just not a lot going on with this beer. Easy going beer that will appeal to drinkers that do not like bitter or dark beer.
