For a blueberry wheat beer not bad but a little too sweat. The sugars need to be a little more refined and then this would be a great blueberry. Need to try out beers from this brewery

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a hazed pinkish-purple color with a small head of pint tinted foam. The head fades rather fast leaving a light level of foamy and streaky lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of a blueberry muffin smell mixed with a big showing of wheat and some grain. Along with these smells comes a bit of lemon and notes of hay.
Taste – The taste begins with a quite sweet blueberry flavor paired with just as much wheat as was detected in the nose. These flavors defiantly constitute the base, remaining dominant throughout. There are also some light notes of candied sugar and lemon, with the later flavor getting weaker as the taste advances. All the while the blueberry sweetness intensifies even more, and with a touch of hay and herb, one is left with a very sweet blueberry wheat taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is moderate in thickness and creaminess with a middle of the road carbonation level and feel as well.
Overall – It has a lot of flavor, for sure. A nice blueberry dessert brew, but a tad on the overly sweet side for me, sorta like fruit juice.

not quite as good as the cherry, which is brilliant, but a really solid fruited wheat, real fruit seems obvious, well dosed, enough to define this but not make it one dimensional or sweet, and i like that some tannic tang can be perceived from the fruit too, adds authenticity, along with the color, which is a gorgeous blueish purple, i want that in blueberry beer, and here it is. the nose is somewhat mild compared to the flavor, a little generic berry sweetness, a little tang, mostly wheat covered up by fruit, nothing much from the yeast, no hops at all, some minerality. the flavor explodes though, some red wine character, tannic in that way, some red florals too, and easy to pick out as blueberries. more wheat than i can smell which keeps this beery and balanced, still very little from hops or yeast, but its interesting enough anyways, the blueberries are kind of earthy, the mouthfeel is juicy and not thin, and its drier at the end than it is in the middle. soda-like carbonation makes it poppy and fun, and this hits more summer than winter but most importantly genuine. the cherry edition is superior, but i was pleased with this. rad location they have too, well worth a visit!

Hopefully, I've not been saving (OK, forgetting) this one for too long. Once the cap was popped, a brioche dough scent wafted up. Once in the glass, blueberries were a little more evident coming from the slightly bluish white foam that maxed out at a finger then quickly receded. I may have misclassified this (the brewer's site simply said American Wheat), as the brew itself is a barely translucent maroon-tinged deep amber. Initially, it has a very smooth, round, and creamy mouth feel that doesn't go away (though a very slight astringency joins it on the swallow). Blueberries are evident, but none of the bread yeast. There is more there, some citrus (which becomes more pronounced the more I drink), some beer-soaked bread. This would rate higher if it were a little less hopped.
