a low alcohol unfiltered brew that they call a hazy but really isnt very cloudy, no worries, i like them light like this and enjoyed the more drinkable less filling feel. just citra and mosaic though, about as basic as it gets, dry hopped more than bittered, almost plays in the pale ale range overall, neatly more citra than mosaic to my senses, but this is really super familiar and there isnt anything really exciting, although i think they executed it well. aroma and flavor show just a little soapy lemony ester thing at temperature, a hint of white coconut, some lemon curd, and crushed pineapple, sweet for a second from the grain in the middle which carries some hop oils, but its quicker on the back end, a hint of stone fruit there, white wine, and coriander even. the ferment seems slightly warm and like maybe the yeast doesnt love it, but its subtle and perhaps even intentional. fresh as can be on the hop side, could stand a little more bitterness to me, but overall is balanced, drinkable, and a total crowd pleaser type of beer, they have gotten a lot out of these hops, and i could drink this all day. i liked the jamaican haze better, but all the beers in here were solid!
