Pours a vigorous, three finger head carbonated brew. The brew is reddish brown and dark. Aroma is cherry with a healthy bourbon barrel profile. Taste is immediately cherry; the bourbon profile falls off in the tasting. There is primarily a cherry, dark fruit flavor here. This is a very nice cherry but the bourbon profile could be enhanced.
