We took our Drenched IPA and kicked it into the next Galaxy…Like Totally! The result is a hazy juice bomb! Copious whirlpool and dry hop additions of Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe produce a nose full of passion fruit. The flavor follows suit with passion fruit and citrus followed by ripe honeydew. The lingering hop finish will have you coming back for more! Limited Release!

-can. 7.9%. Better by 06.17.18. Consumed 08.30.18.

A: A beautiful bright, almost pastel-tang like orange, has a deep sense of haziness. Big bready textured white head, is one inch and sticky and binding to the glass. Minimal lace deposits. A steady supply of macro-bubbles, moves at a steady rate. Love the bright coloring here.

S: Sweet and sugary grapefruit right from the can. Dripping wet citrus is crisp along with pale grains. Nice strength, strong staying power. Some sticky pine resins finishes out.

T: Bready malts add depth to the body, backed up with sticky pine hop resins. Tart oranges add a light bittering factor along with some citrus and fresh floral notes. A flowery dry finish adds bite along with some grapefruit.

M: Nice breadiness for the mouthful, thick, fresh loaf, along with some wet citrus and a flowery edge. Strong bubbly notion of carbonation.

O: A deep bready malting adds the backbone to this beer with an ample supply of drenched, dripping wet citrus hops to back it up. Clean flavor, softly balanced bitterness, clean yeastiness, adds to a incredibly good drinkability rate, even at 7.9%. Crush-able, and a solid drinker, doesn't bring a lot of new perspective flavor wise, but well worth your time for passing and a solid brew.

Got this from spelingchampeon. 16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours very hazy golden orange/amber color with a 1 finger dense and rocky white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge tangerine, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, strawberry, grapefruit, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Incredible aromas with amazing balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, strawberry, grapefruit, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very minimal pine, zesty, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, strawberry, grapefruit, citrus zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth and creamy/silky/grainy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Slight sticky hops and increasing lingering dryness, with no cloying flavors after the finish. Zero warming alcohol for 7.9%. Overall this is an amazing NE DIPA! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the very minimally bitter/drying finish. Perfectly soft feel. Wonderful Galaxy, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe showcase. Extremely juicy hop complexity; with perfect wheat/oat/malt balance, not overly sweet/heavy. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example. Loved the hop profile as expected, definitely top tier stuff.
