Cold Ipa.
A: Light haziness against a lemon-brass coloring shows a slow rise of macro-effervesce. A cotton white head is fluffy, aerated, and cushy at one and one half inches, but does so only momentarily, collapsing rather quickly. The window dressing was non-existent.
S: Cold tropical fruit, pineapple, peach, with some lime and wet grassy hops. A strong fresh citrusy twang of grapefruit-orange with a low to medium hop range awareness. Some wet fresh apples round out.
T: The flavor was citrusy bright, semi-dry, raw grapefruit and lime as with nose. Some semi-dry grassy hops provide a nice dry bite with just the right amount of bitterness to balance. Cold tropical fruit again pineapple and citrusy grapefruit-orange. The yeast is reserved.
M: Crisp and lively mouthful, with some sticky hop resins and a nice flowery bite of bitterness coating the tongue.
O: Overall after a moderate start appearance and aroma wise the flavor more then made up for its slow start quickly redeeming itself. Lively mouthful that was crisp like a lager, with a smooth and refreshing cold bitterness of hops, perfect for the summer heat wave we are now in. Flowery bitterness, lots of tart and semi-dry citrus notes, easy drinking, porch sitting, relaxing atmosphere and multiple easy drinking worthy.
