P- Poured from a 22 oz bomber, into a large Funky Buddha snifter. No date on the bottle.
L- Thick frothy khaki colored head that stands 2 fingers tall, with very good retention and sticky lacing.Jet black colored body, with no light showing through the glass.Very high amounts of carbonation. When I opened the bottle it popped loud, and foam came pouring out for at least a minute and a half, creating quite the mess.
S- Not much of a nose besides earthy notes, with toasted malts, and some small hints of chocolate and dark roasted coffee.
T- The palate follows the nose with earth and toasted malt up front, and dark roasted coffee with some dark chocolate on the back end.
F- The mouth feel is light bodied with a ton of carbonation on the tongue. The whole body feels like bubbles.Semi dry on the finish.Feels like soap suds in the mouth.
O- This beer has a decent smell and taste, but the body was really sudsy.I mean,I did travel from Ft Myers to Virginia with it in my car,but it didn't affect any of my other beers.Maybe when Bury Me Brewing was transporting it in their hearse turned distribution vehicle it got shook up or something. But it was the most bubbly / sudsy beer I have ever consumed.Other than that it was pretty good though.
