a nicely made cream ale with orange blossom honey. a super drinkable beer for hot weather, really i could drink this beer indefinitely, crisp for having the honey in it, yum! bright golden and mostly clear, and quite lively and bubbly, and with a gorgeous and delicate aroma of soft citrus and blooming flowers, and there is a little sweetness here too, but its clean and its not heavy at all. a really light malt complexion means the honey stands out a lot, and the snappy way this ends is wonderful, super refreshing, a great use of the honey for sure. carbonation moves it along briskly, and even though i am find myself cruising through this, i like the way it warms up too, with a bit more of the orange aspect of the honey coming out and a little biscuity nature to the grain in here, still dry, but more of the cereals coming out. i think the base cream ale here even without the honey is very good. these guys make some great beers in here and incorporate some unique ingredients really well. definitely some of the best beers in the area!
