Drifter is our original New England IPA. This year’s batch comes loaded with two kinds of oats, wheat, Lallemand’s NE yeast and ekuanot BBC pellets alongside azalea and El Dorado.
Goes well with your head in the clouds.

440 ml can, from Ales By Mail. ABV is 7%. Bittering hop is Pilgrim, aroma hops are Azacca, El Dorado and Ekuanot BBC. Opaque yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and spices. The flavour is medium dry, fruity first, followed by distinct bittering hops. Good beer.

just a month old but not much aroma, a bit of orange rind, grapefruit
little sweet, hoppy and medium bitterness for ipa, grapefruit
good smooth mouthfeel
a bit disappointing NEIPA. good smoothness but the hopping does not convince
