Collaboration with Edge Brewing Barcelona
Terracita is a collaboration with Edge Brewery. Inspired by Mediterranean flavours and sun, this is a sour laced with blood orange and hibiscus. A traditional three day style sour with in-house lacto, followed by our signature fruit dosage and dry-hopped with hibiscus. Refreshing and fruity.

440ml can served in a tulip. Pours a lovely shade of pomegranate with a tight, one inch, pink-hued head that dissipates into a thin, tight band around the shoulders. Lacing has weak legs. Nose expresses hints of salt, zest and blood orange towards the back. Taste consistent with nose; however, hibiscus replaces the blood orange at the finish. Impression is tart without being overly assertive. Mouthfeel is light and bright with a mild astringency. Overall, pleasantly tart and refreshing.

440ml can. Another bright red, over-the-top, fruity sour. This one flavoured with blood orange and hibiscus. Much too sweet, too much fruit, not enough sour.
