Wader is a New England-style IPA.
Liberally hopped with Southern Hemisphere favourites, Galaxy, Kohatu and Vic Secret. Fermented on our house Vermont yeast to pump up the juicy stone fruit aromas.
Goes well with uncharted waters.

440 ml can, as Gipsy Hill Wader IPA, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 5.5%. Hops are Galaxy, Kohatu and Vic Secret. Very cloudy yellow-ish colour, moderate to small coarse white head. Nice aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and spruce. Fruity flavour, citrus and tropical fruits again, also apricots, a moderate sweetness, ending in a distinct resinous bitterness.

Pours a murky light orange with soft head.
Smell is juicy with notes of apricot, apricot skin and some various tropical notes.
Taste is juicy and tropical with notes of apricot, grapefruit and grapes with a bit of grassiness and a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, easy drinking IPA.
