Ovni is a New England style IPA. 19g/l of Ekuanot (CRYO) and Galaxy pump out tropical flavours of passionfruit and pineapple, with soft upfront aromatics of lime and peach. A heavy hopped, hazy brew that rounds out with a balanced bitterness thats out of this world.
Goes well with: Crip Circles and Twinkling Stars.
Yeast: Vermont

Copenhagen 13/6 2021. 44 cl can from Væskebalancen, Valby Langgade, Valby. Two weird and very green aliens in a pink flying saucer on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, remnants of foam unable o cover much of anything. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with sweaty gym socks and citrus. Peach and papaya. Grapefruit and blood orange
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, tingling, lively texture.
Flavor fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Quite potent, dry and bitter.
