Brewed in collaboration with Gipsy Hill for our 8th birthday, Hip Sip Hooray is a New England Session IPA that’s bursting with tropical vibes. The style, hop bill and name were voted for by our members, and they chose wisely, with the medley of Sabro, Azacca and Meridian hops combining for a session-worthy beer that’s big on flavour. Expect lashings of fruity notes, a blast of coconut and minimal bitterness as this one goes down an absolute treat.
