On tap at the brewery, 4 oz sample: Slightly hazy straw color. Flavors of yuzu juice, lemony with sake yeast and floral hops. Slick full body with a nice crisp. Medium strength finish of tart fruity cranberries, spicy coriander feel with a wheathy wild yeast effect. Good balance and intensity, high drinkability with decent freshness. Overall very good quality craft for a sour beer.
