On tap at the brewery, 4oz sample: Deep hazy straw color. Flavors of lime, jalapeno, sweet grains, and floral hops. Slick and smooth full body with a good crisp. Light strength finish, peppery and grainy with balanced hops and a hint of wheat. Well attenuated lager yeast, very fresh and sharp. Accessible while complex, great Mexican theme with a nice intensity. If some adjuncts are present it's well hidden. Overall high quality craft.
