Canned 8-14-19
Pours hazy, light orange tinge. Light head, long semi-sticky lacing. Smell is primarily pineapple, then orange citrus. Taste is orange citrus up front. Tropical, light vanilla flavor in the background. MF is light to medium, mild bitterness and a bit carbonated. Tastes like an Interboro beer through and through.. which is a good thing. Excellent 5% beer.

On tap at Haymaker 9/7/16. Excellent debut from Interboro. It reminded me a lot of Hill Farmstead's Edward. I can't wait to try more of their beers.

Appearance is medium gold, medium plus haze
Flavor offers bit of fruity esters, light, bready malt, pine. Pithy grapefruit throughout. A wonderfully sesssionable beer and a great beginning for this brewery.

Awesome beer! My first taste of interboro and I'm excited to have more. Juicy hops with low bitterness... at 4.7 abv i would make this a daily drinker. Already iso cans of this.
