Bought this at Interboro when it was released, as the beer had a date of 10/26 on the bottom with "There" written on top of it. I love the mashup of the Threes and Interboro logos but that was the best aspect of this beer, as it came across as something generic and not particularly memorable although it wasn't anything close to being a drain pour.
This had a light almond pour to it with a bit of light and hazy sediment floating in the liquid. Lots of head that held it's own and never fully settled as much of it stuck around in soapy rings of lacing on my pint glass. Tons of solvent, booze, and candied sweetness in the nose with more to be found in the taste. The pastry flour came through much more than the other flavors did as the sweetness and body of it was an odd counterbalance to the hops from the Cascade and dank melon of the Galaxy. Thin, slick, and carbonated just a tad too much, that was this beer's saving grace it helped to keep the flavors from lingering too long.
There was enough booze in here and it felt like it from start to finish. The dry-hopped aftertaste only added to the quirkiness of this offering and though it wasn't close to being the best that I've had from either place, it was good enough just to sample once. Had the edges been toned down a bit, this could have been really good and worth seeking out again.

On-draught @ Threes. $7 for a small pour.
Mouthfeel is oddly coarse and dry, yet flavour duration is quite brief. Too bitter. Drags a bit on the palate with its uneven texture. Overcarbonated but not unrefreshing per se.
A brew that lacks a cohesive focused direction or build. I'm not sure what they were after with this one, but it's not unenjoyable - just underwhelming.

The beer comes in a medium to deep gold color, only a touch of haze.
The aroma offers dank, light candy sweetness, grapefruit, dank, very green.
The flavor hits of more of that candy and biscuity sweetness, resinous, dank, and very medicinal and boozy towards the back. The alcohol drags at the back and strips the beer of mouthfeel.
