Bier de Mesa brewed with Vienna & Pilsner malt and corn. Cold fermented with Mexican lager yeast, hopped with noble varieties. Pours light amber in color with white head. Aromas of malt, corn and herbal grassy noble hops. Malty smooth mouthfeel with slight bitter finish.

The beer comes a medium amber color, clear.

Flavor hits of grainy malt throughout, light floral quality, with corn flavors, with a medium minus hop bitterness.
