Inspired and dedicated to one of the most groundbreaking and stress relieving hip hop duos of all time, Organized Konfusion this one is for you. We brewed it first in 2017 as draft only before we had our canning line. So we resurrected the recipe, made it a DIPA and canned it up. Pours hazy yellow. Aromas of tangerine peel and sun ripened pineapple. Flavors of Lemon Head candy and mango. Brewed with Pilsner and oats. Fermented with our blend of English & American Ale yeast. For 2019 we also flipped the hops crushing this beer with Citra, Centennial & Chinook.

On-draught at the brewpub.
Pulpy orange citrus flavour harmonizes with pale malt sweetness and bright floral hop flavour in this straightforward classic IPA.
A refreshing change from the tropically-obsessed unfiltered IPAs currently dominating the NYC local beer market.
