Picked this up a year ago, as the date on the bottom of the can read 6/8 with 'ALL THEY TELL US IS LIES" written above it. This was a clear winner from Interboro that was amazingly smooth, flavorful, and crushable from the get-go. No floaties in it meant that it held up well over time as well, with this still feeling fresh and slick after all of this time!

Lovely pour to this as the beer was cheddar-hued with an opaqueness to it that was just as pleasing. Lots of head topped it off as it slowly subsided and the lacing left behind was voluminous, though a bit more uneven than I would have guessed. Lots of melon, peach, and white grape in the nose with all of those coming through in the taste. Those meshed wonderfully with the orange cream, vanilla, white cheddar, and wheat that could be detected on the palate, as this was incredibly and subtly complex for seeming so plain up-front. A nice slickness combined with a hint of grass allowed this to go down easily, given the amount of alcohol present.

That wasn't strong but by the end of my time with this, I could feel a slight buzz and warming effect. The guava gave this a slightly dank undertone and the English Pale and Vienna gave this plenty of body to complement the wonderful range of flavors. Really impressed with this and how it all meshed together in the end!

Enjoyed on draft and out of the can on release day. This is a very solid NEIPA that is all the things that we look for in our beer. Hazy with a nice foam, and great balance with tropical fruit.

Really hazy peach color with white head. Aroma has fruity hops, a bit grassy with a vanilla sweetness in the background. Taste has juicy hops and milky yeast, low bitterness on the finish, a bit harsh green hop matter on the finish but it doesn't bother me at all. Medium body and carbonation, soft mouthfeel. Really nice NE style DIPA.

L-Straw yellow, hazy...thick 1 inch head, moderate retention, some lacing that quickly slides down the glass

S-I can smell the fruity hops of this beer from 2 feet away........lots of citrus, orange, lemon, tangerine, grapefruit

T-follows the nose......citrusy with some sweetness from the malts.....not much bitterness in the finish......a bit of a sweet aftertaste.........some breadiness

F-medium......creamy, smooth, mildly carbonated.........

O-first can I had from Interboro and it is impressive

L - it's translucent but not really. Lets the light through. Glows a radiant orange.

S - fresh and hoppy. Grassy with clementine juice. Mild marmalade toastiness. Smells like New York water.

T - smooth grains. Pineapple and sweet nectarine. Apple and guava. The extra hops fill in some of the cracks usually present in Interboro brews. Candied fruits of all varieties: mango, orange, starfruit. Slight vanilla cream on the finish, accompanied by bready, grassy dryness.

F - usually Interboro beers have a "separative" feel, but as previously mentioned, there extra earth in the DDH connects the dots. Smooth and creamy.

O - a lot of time, dry hopping can be a gimmick, something that changes the beer but doesn't add to it. This time around, it does exactly as I'm implying.
