Notes:
Pours hazy yellow, tropical and citrus aromas, taste of bubblegum, melon, pineapple. Brewed with pilsner and Vienna malts, American Ale yeast and hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, and double dry hopped with Mosaic hop dust pellets. Light refreshing with crisp finish.

16oz can purchased from the fridge as a single for $5. Canned on 5/10/2022, so this is almost 3 months old.
Look: This is almost clear....I guess that I will find some sediment at the bottom of the can. Pours a vibrant copperish/orange color with a one-finger off-white head. After pouring the bottom half of the can, it became a translucent unfiltered peach juice kind of look with a bit of sediment. To me, it looked better as a West Coast IPA than an NEIPA.
Smell: Lots of tropical fruit aromas - pineapple, mango, guava, peach, grapefruit - along with dank, bitter, and green vegetal (green bell pepper) notes on the finish. Smells nice enough.
Taste: Very tasty. It's really drinkable and has very low bitterness. The flavors mirror the nose - snappy acidity and prickly carbonation up front along with tropical fruit and bubblegum flavors. Primary flavors are mango, peach, and juicy fruit gum. The finish is mildly to moderately bitter, lingering long, with pithy and woody notes that grab the sides of my palate. Very juicy. Getting cool melon notes coming through as I finish the pint.
Feel: The mouthfeel is relatively soft. Nicely carbonated.
Overall: This is not my first Interboro beer, but it is my first Interboro review. It's definitely solid, but to me it feels a bit boring in today's day and age of hazy IPAs. It used to be that beers with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops were novel. Not anymore. Granted, they were probably considered pioneers in this realm when they first put this out. I think that the best compliment for this beer is that it is very flavorful and low in bitterness for a 6% NEIPA. Also, considering that it is almost 3 months old, it has held up surprisingly well for an NEIPA. I have had others that went seriously downhill after being two months old.

My first beer from Interboro. Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass. Premiere pours a hazy gold color with a big foamy head and wide bands of foamy lacing on the glass. Head retention is excellent!!! The best part of this beer is the aroma. All you have to do is ope the can and a flood of citrus and tropical aromas fill the air even before a drop hits the glass!!! Pineapple, orange, melon, mango....it is all here!!!! Taste is rich and fruity as well. The bitterness level is stronger than most INE IPA's, hardly a hop bomb but with a decent amount of bitterness. The NE 'dankness"is not really there, but the rich, fruity presence more than makes up for that. Mouthfeel is crisp, moderately bitter and with a bit of sweetness from the fruity flavors. This is one of the better NE IPA's I have tried.

Palate Contaminants: other beer
Straw color, opaque. Lots of medium fineness carbonation, but pretty good lacing.
For the smell, candied orange, plus a metallic thing that I can't quite pin down. It's got a sugary scent going on that reminds me of Smarties.
The main flavors that hit me are forest leaves and malt. Bitterness is light-moderate to start, but does dial up. There's a funky and piquant vegetation something going on that I haven't run across before.
Medium-fine carbonation, but slightly prickly. Aftertaste is floral and moderately bitter.

20th review. My first from this "local" Brooklyn brewer.
a) Hazed expected body, with reviving head and lacing suds.
s) Myriad hops. Maze of flavors.
t) Atop a pilsner, lighter, more sessionable base... The myriad hops maze into a lovely arch of woody, cedary, powdery finale.
f) Likewise chalky, powdering, yet some how juicy. Lovely texture
o) Clearly a brewer I want to visit and stalk.

A: Poured from the can into a tulip glass. Body is slightly hazy orange, with a half-finger of tight-bubbled white head on top.
S: Nice nose of sweet tropical fruit (ripe melon, mango), ripe stone fruit (peaches, nectarines) and oranges.
T: Follows the nose, with melon, melon rind, oranges, grapefruit peel and papaya.
M: A little thin on the feel - call it medium, but it drinks thinner.
O: Good look, good nose, good taste - but loses steam in the body. Still, a very good beer.

A thanks to the amazing woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a slightly hazy golden color with a 2 inch head. Smell is bursting with citrus. Taste is juicy, grapefruit, passion fruit, light pineapple, moderate bitterness. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is an enjoyable beer.

Maybe a little light for a DDH IPA. Certainly looks nice but no lacing or head to speak of. Really heavy on the tropical fruit nose in the can but it dissipated in the glass. Earthy meets tropical in the palate with a hint of spice of clove.

Well, it finally happened. After a CANcerted effort on my part, The CANQuest (tm) has now exhausted its backlog of Interboro CANlaboration CANs! No problem, though, as there is still a huge backlog to run through, including Interboro-only beers, starting with this one. Onwards!
From the CAN: "Premiere Double Dry Hopped India Pale Ale"; "Come Visit Us and Our Tasting Room".
I caught a nice nap following the previous two monsters and as such, I was raring to go, beginning with a Crack! of the vent. I followed this with a slow, gentle C-Line Glug into the awaiting glass until it became obvious that clarity was out of the question. I then allowed it to flow freely until my glass was filled with a massive two-plus fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, tawny head that was determined not to fall away any time soon. Color was a deeply-hazy/lightly-cloudy Golden-Amber (SRM = > 5, < 7). It all resembled a lemon meringue pie. Nose had an orange/tangerine-grapefruit citrusiness, but with the emphasis on the former, not the latter, which is what usually occurs. Mmm. Mouthfeel was medium. The taste was more oriented towards tropical, rather than citrus, fruits with a cool mintiness to offset the sweetness. Mosaic was clearly the star in this HazeBro! Finish was semi-dry, which was okay, but the lack of bitterness left me high & dry, anxious for the next one in line. YMMV.

Pours pale yellow with a 2 inch thick, foamy, white head. Heavy lacing to the end. Hazy.
Aroma is piney, citrusy, grapefruit, papaya, resiny.
Medium bodied, light carbonation. Semi-dry, bitter finish.
The head on this looked like meringue. An outstanding IPA!
