I know the artist who collaborated withInterboro on this one and he is no fan of hoppy beer or craft offerings in general - he's more a pound a 12 pack of whatever's cheapest type of a guy, and this beer is made in that mold to a large extent. It's well-made to be sure, very clear with a nice creamy head and a crisp, snappy feel. Not a lot of flavor aside from some cereal graininess and some grassy hop notes underneath, just a hint of honeyed sweetness to the malt but a dry finish with modest bitterness. Feels pretty poundable, i think - like an a standard macro lager really (California common yeast giving it a lager-like character) but just stepped up a little in terms of overall quality and bitterness.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
