Picked this up at Interboro when it was released and as someone on here already noted, the name of this beer was quite fitting as the previous name of the highway was the Interboro Parkway - which would get one from there to Finback's brewery. Nice touch with the Highway Gothic font and the Interboro logo between the arrows as part of the "sign" as well!
As for the beer, this wasn't bad but yes, it took me a while to get around to this and the effect of the citrus and mint was present, but quite understated. This wasn't a bad beer but it needed more intensity to the flavors to be truly great and memorable!
Not a bad pour to this as the liquid came out a muted bronzed with fine sediment in it. Plenty of head topped this off but the lacing was only one soapy ring near the top of my pint glass. Mint leaves, citrus pith and rind, and hints of lime were in the nose as the former came out a bit more in the taste. Slick, brisk, and refreshing, there was some dank pine that emerged as this warmed up. Basic malt, a lively carbonation, and some very earthy, citrus hops came out as I finished this up as the aftertaste was a bit heavier than I would have liked.
There was enough booze in this that this had a good amount of heft to it. Sure, it was fun but this should have been more intense and brighter given the different nature of this beer. Dated 10/18 of last year with "INTERBORO HWY" written above it, this wasn't that bad in the end and as anyone in New York can vouch, easily beat out a ride on the highway that it's named after...

Tall can
Pours hazed and very NEIPA like...lasting cap leaves nice looking low sheeting and and ample scattered bits of lacing.
Pungent fruity hop nose
Juicy, fruity, citric, tropically infused. Tasty, smooth and pretty darn delicious. Well worth a try

Collaboration between Finback and Interboro, named after the Jackie Robinson Parkway (previously named the Interboro Parkway) that runs through their local neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens... Got it past prime, this having a canning date of 10/18/17... features citrus and mint, though the nature of the "citrus" is not disclosed, nor is the hop profile...
Hazy medium-pale gold with a few fingers of white head that left some lacing down the glass... Fruity and citrusy character has some muddled mint impressions in there, but not too sharp, which is no doubt due to the effects of time, but I'm not sure that's a bad thing - tasted pretty damn good to me... soft and smooth, amply carbonated, mildly bitter, mildly sweet... Assuming a brighter mint flavor didn't have an adverse effect, this was probably even better a coupla months ago - but again, no complaints today, about 3 months later...

Pours well and smells good - I was hoping for a well balanced hint of mint flavor - bottom line is the MINT is too much - knocks the whole beer out of whack -
