Picked up this beer a while ago at Interboro, as I finally got around to this tonight. Loved the collab with Night Shift and the play on "Hill Street Blues" even though I don't get why this brew has that moniker. Yes, it was quite sweet and easy to quaff but what amazed me the most was how well the alcohol in this was hidden. It didn't seem like such an easy feat though it came across that way!
Good pour to this as the liquid was a nice marmalade with lots of head that took a while to settle. Very little lacing left on the side of my Teku glass as that surprised me quite a bit. Lots of deep tropical fruit, candied sugar, onion spice, and apricot in the nose as all of those came through more in the taste. Dank, heavy, and fairly sticky, this had a great fruit flavor and sweetness that pulled me in and never quite let go. Thick and syrupy, there was very little in the way or carbonation here as the stickiness lingered throughout - on my lips and palate from the beginning to the end as it held on after my session ended.
No taste of the booze but I could feel it kick in well before I polished this off. Dated 12/28 of last year with "ICE COLD" written above it, this beer was anything but that. Lovely stuff that stuck around for the duration, in more ways than one!

Enjoyed on draft and from a can on release day 12/28/17.
Look: Dark orange with a yellow hue. Very hazy. Nice white bright foam head.
Smell: Dank but sweet. Weed with orange juice and mango.
Taste: Dried mango for days. Ashy weed with fresh mango, orange, candied yams, grapefruit.
Feel: A bit syrupy but very smooth and the sweetness balances nicely with the hops. A small bit of alcohol presence.
Overall: This reminds me of Swish mixed with candy. The mango addition really blends nicely and makes this one enjoyable as hell. Very good brew, try this while you can!
