Can to tulip.
The appearance was a milky yellow to orange color with a small white foamy head sliding off delicately to leave some filmy lace.
The aroma had mostly pineapple in front then a touch of danky onion. Small whiff of grassiness with dry floral hoppiness. Dry biscuits on the back end.
The flavor leaned towards a dry earthy to grassy and floral to oniony character. Mellow aftertaste of floral to grassy and semi-danky onion earthy tones.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. It scrapes a bit along my tongue with a little bit of stickiness. Subtle finish of grassy dry floral hops with some oniony character.
Overall, I'd say a pretty nicely done American imperial IPA worthy to come back to.

Picked up this beer at Interboro, having never had this before. Love the brews from Tired Hands that I've been able to trade for in front of Other Half and this carried on their legacy as it was quite smooth, sweet, and crushable. Lots of dank fruit and sweetness in this as it went down incredibly easy for something with 8.00% ABV!
By far, the pour was the best aspect of this beer as the liquid was the embodiment of pink grapefruit. Lots of head topped this off but there wasn't a lot of lacing to be seen once I took a few sips of this. Lots of grapefruit, pineapple, and dank citrus in the stable nose with just as much of it in the taste. Acrid and sharp, this was a bit tough to drink in large sips as I had to let it warm up on my palate a bit at a time. Earthy, balanced, and moderately carbonated, there seemed to be a bit of spicy tea in the mix as well as the aftertaste had a slight, peppery burn to it with some onion mixed in...
Just the right amount of booze was here as a soft, apricot and stone fruit slickness and aftertaste remained once everything went down. Canned on 12/28 with "ALL PINK EVERYTHING" written above it, this was different than what I was accustomed to from either Interboro or Tired Hands. Who knew that juice came in a can like this?

Pours cloudy orange color with a foamy off white colored 2 finger thick head that was packed with tiny bubbles, dissipating very slowly and leaving outstanding foamy lacing walls coating the sides with rings as it went down.
Smells of grapefruit, peach, orange peel, mango, gummy bears, pineapple, caramel, wet cardboard, biscuit, toasted grains and light peppery spices. Something strange like an odd tropical fruit in the nose, but overall smells really nice.
Tastes like fresh citrus fruit, biscuit and graham cracker up front. The citrus is a mix of grapefruit, apricot, pineapple, melon, green apple, lemon, orange juice, lime, and then the malt backbone slides in with toasted grains, caramel, graham cracker, toasted wheat bread crust, then coriander, tea leaf and light peppery spices. The flavor has an earthy / dry hopped essence, with a lot of hoppy complexities that make each sip a little different.
Mouthfeels is thin and a little too watery, with very mild carbonation, a mellow bitterness and a tart sweetness as it ends like orange juice or eating some citrus fruit. Overall a solid DIPA that hides the ABV perfectly, but I was expecting something a little crazier since Tired Hands was involved with this collaboration.

Tall can...12/28/17
Pour out with a pinkish hue, light pink grapefruit juice, under a frothy and lasting khaki cap, leaves more froth, a coating layer of low sheeting and then great looking fields of fine lacing...real nice looking brew.
Delicate sniff of grapefruit and pineapple.
Super soft and smooth, tasty, ripely citric, with more pineapple and grapefruit notes....simply delicious and equally dangerously drinkable......go get some and savor each sip.

Enjoyed on tap and from a can on release day 12/28/17. Poured quickly into a teku.
Look: It really is pink. It looks just as good as it tastes.
Smell: Straight grapefruit, mango, pineapple, and minimal spices.
Taste: Sweet and bitter grapefruit, weed, earth, mold, all nicely blended.
Feel: Very smooth, well blended, no hint of alcohol. Sweet at first that bitters out and turns to a salty goodness.
Overall: This is an incredible beer. Extremely strong grapefruit notes that are balanced into a nice hoppy and salty beer. Wish this was available year round.
