A dense apricot-amber colored brew has been poured from a pint can into a clear glass liter mug. There's a noticeable aroma of dank and resinous hops, backed by yeast and malt in the air. The head and glass lacing are less pronounced. The taste is nice 2X. It's complex and balanced. A generous malt and yeast backbone provides a great template for the diverse tastes of the hops to perform. Dank, yet dry and bitter but softly so, this is a good one.

Well, it finally happened. After a CANcerted effort on my part, The CANQuest (tm) has now exhausted its backlog of Interboro CANlaboration CANs! No problem, though, as there is still a huge backlog to run through, including Interboro-only beers, CANtinuing with this one. Onwards!
From the CAN: "2X IPA"; "Come Visit Us and Our Tasting Room".
I was very curious about this one, even before the Crack!ing open of the vent. Was it yet CANother Hazebro? What would the future bring? I CANmenced a slow, gentle C-Line Glug in order to find out. It became obvious very quickly that clarity was not an option. That being the case, I stepped it up with a free-flowing Glug that lifted two-plus fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, bone-white head into my glass. I marveled at its retention as it hung in beautifully, only to suddenly exhale and fall like a soufflé when the oven door is banged shut! 8=( Color was a deeply-hazy/lightly-cloudy Golden-Amber (SRM = > 5, < 7). Nose was CANpletely different from the others that I have had from them! They finally let the tropical hops go & gave me honeydew, peach & apricot in their place. 8=) Mmm. Mouthfeel was medium-to-full, more solid than creamy. The taste was right up my alley with all sorts of fruit, ranging from honeydew & CANtaloupe to apricot & peach to grapefruit & orange/tangerine. Gawtdang, this was just what the doctor ordered! The taste was equal or better than/to the nose. It evinced a wide range of flavors, all fruity no pine/mint coolness, but that made it all the better! I was really diggin' on the whole thing. It was like looking into a kaleidoscope with things shifting & morphing with each sip. Sometimes, I'd get a blend of melon & peach, then apricot & orange, then … Well, you get the idea. It would be tough to pin this one down. Finish was semi-dry to dry, once more in my upper range of what I like/want in the style. I would prefer greater dryness, but that's just my opinion, man. YMMV.

Growler into pint glass. Pours a cloudy light amber color, with a thin, coarse head. Nice lacing. Initial impression is citrus, melon, mango, lemon and peach - well balanced with nothing really dominant. Mouthfeel is medium-juicy and quite smooth; carbonation is just enough to bring out the flavors. Finish is slightly bitter, but just enough to let you know you're drinking an IPA. First brew from Interboro and it's a good one!

Hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has biscuits, dank/earthy hop notes and some diacetyl. Taste follows with biscuity malt, some citrus rind and a light butter biscuit note. Medium body and carbonation, quite smooth mouthfeel. Overall it's a pretty good DIPA but it seems to have some flaws.
