Pours foggy orange with white head. Dank apricot aroma, with apricot nectar flavor and citrus bite. Brewed with a blend of pilsner and 2-row malts, with wheats and oats for body. Fermented with house blend of American and English yeast. Hopped with Citra and Cascade as well as El Dorado and Citra Cryo dust.

On tap at Verona Inn in Verona. Pours a golden, effervescent hue with minimal frothing. Moderate aroma replete with hints of citrus and grapefruit. Similar overall flavor profile.

Poured from undated can into Spiegelau IPA glass. It was released about 2 weeks prior to review. It pours a turbid, brownish-tangerine color with an enormous fluffy, eggshell white head and thick, creamy lacing. The nose is floral but low key. There are whiffs of oats, apricot, and some sweet malt but it becomes more pronounced as the glass warms. The taste pops with fruit: apricot, tangerine, lemon peel, along with cracker, and an oaty sweetness. The Galaxy and Vic Secret hops are plush, mild, and flavorful up front but turn moderately bitter at the finish. The flavors blend very well. It seems more complex as I sip it. It has a full-bodied, creamy mouth feel with a pleasing level of carbonation, and the 9% ABV is deceptive. It's a big DIPA. Overall, I'm impressed. this ale pops with flavor. Great job by Interboro.

Tall can, 3-21-18 stamped on the bottom

Pours fully turbid, light caramel in color...medium khaki mini cap and leaving scattered fine bits of lacing.

Over ripe tropical fruit nose.

More and more ripe fruit on the palate, with mango, lime, pineapple coming to mind....smokey and resiny notes in the finish bumps up the complexity and intrigue... super juicy....smooth and delicious creation....more high quality and hugely enjoyable NEIPA from ISA

A: The beer is cloudy pale yellow in color. It poured with a finger high white head that died down, leaving a thick layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of apricots are present in the nose along with hints of orange and grapefruit citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that there are stronger notes of orange and tangerine citrus. Little if any bitterness is perceptible. Faint traces of alcohol are noticeable towards the finish.
M: It feels a bit shy of being medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is deceptive in that the use of wheat makes it feel lighter in body compared to what you would expect for a 9% abv beer. The only hint about the strength of this beer comes from the traces of alcohol in the taste.

Enjoyed on draft at the brewery the night before release. Great orange haze with a thick white foam on top. Very enjoyable and drinkable, apricot and orange notes all throughout, this one is a keeper.
