Somewhat of a rare style in the US so kudos to Interboro to make this. The best part about this beer is the mouthfeel, it leaves the palate a little dry demanding the drinker to sip some more. On the taste you get some nice lager notes that linger on the palate for that little bit longer. This is a very decent Kellerbier.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a large pillow of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit and cracker malts are present in the nose along with notes of yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has some additional hints of grainy malts and green grapes. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little dry and chalky on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I liked the mix of malty and yeasty flavors in the taste of this beer.

Pale, light yellow body; mild haziness; thick, frothy, white head. Fine aroma of cracker and light cereal grain. Mild malt flavor infused with a twinge of lemon; balanced hop bitterness presence. Medium-light body; crisp; dry overall at the finish.
This is a fine hot weather thirst quencher, light enough to go down easily with some well-rounded flavors to soothe the palate and soul. Good stuff...

This one says "Pils" on the can, so I wonder if the listed style is wrong. A 16 oz can poured into a snifter. A crystal-clear bright golden color with a frothy white head. Great foam and lacing in the glass. Aroma was grainy malt punctuated with citrus and floral notes - the dry hop was apparent. The taste followed. An easy-drinking, crisp beer with bright floral and citrus notes, along with clean grainy malt. Medium bodied and carbonated. Really a fun Pils.
